-Antipasti misti: An antipasti platter with a selection of fine Italian cured meats, marinated vegetables (zucchini, eggplant, peppers), olives, artichoke hearts and Italian cheeses
-Varied bruschetta: Slices of toasted bread with a variety of toppings such as basil-marinated cherry tomatoes, creamy burrata, garlic-sautéed mushrooms, or marinated olives and artichokes
-Arancini: Stuffed risotto balls

🍝Choice of main course :

-Risotto with porcini mushrooms and parmesan: Creamy risotto with sautéed porcini mushrooms flavored with garlic and parsley, with a touch of Parmesan.

-Linguine with lobster and shellfish bisque:
Linguine served with poached lobster, topped with a creamy bisque and enhanced with a hint of cognac.

-Kobe beef fillet, Jerusalem artichoke purée and winter vegetables: Kobe beef tenderloin with Jerusalem artichoke purée and roasted winter vegetables. A reduced red wine sauce enhances the meat.
