About the venueKirche St. Matthäus

St. Matthäus Church is an architectural masterpiece in the neo-Gothic style. It was heavily damaged in World War II and had to undergo extensive restoration. Today, it is a popular venue for worship services and concerts. The interior of the church, with colorful stained glass windows and a splendid altar, offers a splendid atmosphere.

What ticket types are available?

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be bought in advance through the app or at www.feverup.com.

Can I book a ticket for my carer or support person?

Yes — guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their companion. After buying your own valid ticket, send us proof of your needs; we'll then send you a voucher to purchase the free companion ticket in the Fever app. Please note you'll need to show both tickets at entry.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more information.

Can I get a refund if I have a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?

Yes, you'll receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Note that the ticket becomes non-refundable once it's transferred to someone else. No documents are needed to request it.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts around 65 minutes, with no intermission. Doors open 45 minutes before the show; latecomers cannot be admitted once it has started.
