What are the different ticket types?

There are two categories: Category A and Category B.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same email address used to make the purchase. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time stated on your originally purchased ticket. Contact us with your ticket ID to do so. No refunds will be given.

How long does the experience last?

Around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts, and latecomers will not be admitted.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Will there be food or drinks?

No.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there are several underground car parks nearby: Parking Q-Park Saint Placide-Sèvres (33 Rue Saint-Placide, 75006 Paris) and Parking Indigo Sèvres Babylone (rue Velpeau, 75006 Paris).

Is there an age requirement for this event?

This event is for guests aged 8 and older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?
