Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

The Marmorsaal in Weißenburgpark is an impressive venue that captivates with its unique architecture and historical charm. The hall from the 19th century impresses with its splendid interior made of marble and stucco. The acoustics provide a special sound experience at musical events.

The venue has no car park of its own. You can park on the surrounding streets; from there it's about a five-minute walk through Weißenburgpark to the Marmorsaal.
Accessibility
There is a separate wheelchair-accessible entrance. Unfortunately, the toilets are not wheelchair accessible. If you require accessible access, please email hello@feverup.com 15 days in advance so we can assist you as best as possible. Please also note that access to the Marmorsaal is only partially accessible.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the Fever app or the website feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Guests who require assistance during this event can request a free ticket for their personal assistant or companion. Please contact us via Fever's contact form with proof that you need a companion ticket. Once we've received this, we'll provide you with a voucher so you can get your free companion ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the companion ticket at entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the experience starts. In this case, please contact us via Fever's contact form, stating your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in Fever's terms and conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket?
With the Flexible Refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. This ticket applies to selected events.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us via Fever's contact form to get your ticket refunded.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Marmorsaal in Weißenburgpark (Hohenheimer Straße 119 A, 70184 Stuttgart).
How do I get to the venue?
On foot, the Marmorsaal can be reached in around 20 minutes from the city centre. The easiest way to get there by public transport is to take the U5, U6, U7 or U12 to the Bopser underground station. A slightly steep path through Weißenburgpark leads to the Marmorsaal.
Will food and drinks be available?
No, for now no food or drinks will be offered at the Marmorsaal.
Can I bring animals?
Only service animals are permitted at the venue. Pets are not allowed.
Does the venue have disabled access?
There is a separate, wheelchair-accessible entrance. Unfortunately, the toilets are not wheelchair accessible. If you require disabled access, please email hello@feverup.com 15 days in advance so we can support you as best we can. Please also note that access to the Marmorsaal is only partially accessible. Parking options for our concert at the Marmorsaal are limited, and from the car park it's roughly a five-minute walk through Weißenburgpark to reach the venue.
Is there a car park?
No, there isn't a dedicated car park, but public parking is available on the surrounding streets.
What is Candlelight Foto?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You'll have the chance to be photographed in an area specially set up for this purpose. As a keepsake, you'll receive one printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy Candlelight Foto at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue until they sell out. Guests who book the photo experience through the website alongside their concert tickets will be given priority over those who make their purchase on site. Please note that we only accept credit card payments on site; cash payment is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
We carry out your photo session either before or after the concert. However, to allow enough time for the photos, we prefer to hold the photo session after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You can choose which photos to have printed on site. Our team will then print the photos you've chosen and you can take them with you. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we're unable to keep hold of them. If you leave the venue without your photos, please note that we cannot offer you a refund or a new appointment for a photo experience.
Where exactly does the photo session take place at the venue?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you further details about the location of the photo experience. You'll also hear announcements reminding guests of this unique opportunity. If you have any further questions, simply get in touch with our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer at the venue so it can be validated and your photo session can begin.
Can I get a refund for Candlelight Foto?
Refunds are only available if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our control. In such a case, you'll be refunded for your photo experience booking.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
