Description
Follow Chef Huong to make the easy version of Chinese dumplings from scratch. In this session, Chef Huong will be showing you how to make dumpling wrappers from scratch and how to use store-bought wrappers so you can experiment with the 2 different textures. You will be making 2 types of dumplings: Chef’s version of pork, chives and shrimps dumplings and vegetarian tofu dumplings. No experience is required! All the equipment and ingredients are provided, and they are easy to find at local markets if you do not already have them in your home kitchen. These events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
