Discover the flavor-packed world of dumplings! Join an expert chef in this hands-on cooking class and learn how to make the easy version from scratch. Your instructor will teach you how to make your own dumpling wrappers, but you will also use store-bought wrappers to experience the two types of textures. Using fresh ingredients, you will make a chef’s version of dumplings that includes pork, chives, and shrimp. Then, you will prepare a vegetarian version with tofu.
