For Valentine's Day, the Chapelle du CHU Hôtel-Dieu Saint-Jacques in Toulouse is lit by candles for a Candlelight concert dedicated to timeless love songs. A string quartet performs live love songs that have become classics, along with great romantic film themes, in an intimate and warm atmosphere.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over
Enjoy around 60 minutes of live music surrounded by candles.

What are the different ticket types?
Three zones are offered: Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be purchased via the app or on the Fever website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. To do so, please contact us and send us all supporting documents.
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
This event is open to people aged 8 and over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same email address used for the purchase. The QR code to show on the day of the concert is also included in the confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the concert start time stated on your original ticket. If you meet these conditions, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

No, latecomers will not be admitted. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
