Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play); log in with the same email address you used to make the purchase. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.
What different ticket types are available?
There are Premium, Category A, Category B, Category C and Category D tickets.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. To do so, fill in this form and send us all the supporting documents.
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
All attendees must be at least 8 years old; anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the concert start time shown on your original ticket. Contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Can I get a refund?
No refund will be given unless you purchased a flexible cancellable ticket (see below). Date and/or time exchanges remain possible up to 48 hours before the original session time, subject to availability. Contact us here to change your ticket.
What is a flexible cancellable ticket, and how does the refund work?
With a flexible cancellable ticket, you can request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend, by contacting us at least 48 hours before the experience starts (once transferred to someone else, the ticket is no longer eligible for a refund). No documents are needed. You'll be refunded the full ticket price minus the 10% fee paid for the flexible option; if you paid by credit card or PayPal, the amount is returned to that account (up to 10 days to appear), and if you paid with a coupon, a new coupon of the same value appears in the "Coupon" section of the app. If you exchange it, the new coupon can only be used for the experience you originally booked. Contact us here to request it.
How long does the experience last, and when do the doors open?
The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers cannot be admitted once it has begun.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
It takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Where does the experience take place, and how do I get there?
The concert takes place at Hôtel Carlton, 3 Rue Pierre Mauroy, 59000 Lille. By metro: lines 1 and 2, Lille Flandres stop, or line 1, Rihour stop. We recommend using public transport or other sustainable options to get to this event.
Is parking available?
Yes, the Indigo Lille Grand Place car park is nearby.
Will food and drinks be available?
The Carlton The View bar will be open throughout the event; however, food and drinks are not allowed inside the concert hall.
Can I bring an animal?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the hotel has a lift, and all ticket categories are accessible for people with reduced mobility.
