In this fun and hands-on class, you will be guided step-by-step by a Thai Chef Instructor in recreating this classic dish with the most authentic flavors and techniques. You will learn basic knife skills, how to properly prepare the traditional noodles, and how to build the flavor profile of an authentic Pad Thai sauce from scratch! There will be chicken and tofu available for protein options. You will learn to plate, garnish, and then enjoy eating your beautiful plate of food.
