Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app — log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID to request the change.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket. With that option, you can request a full refund (minus a 10% fee) or an exchange voucher for the same experience, up to 48 hours before the start time.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it starts.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

Indoor, with assigned seating.

Is there food and drink available?

Yes, food and beverages are available for purchase at the event, and the hotel also offers a full-service restaurant for Candlelight guests.

Is there parking available?

Parking at the hotel is valet-only ($20 per car for event guests). Self-parking options are also available within walking distance of the venue.

Is there an age requirement?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Does this venue have disability access?

Yes, this venue is ADA-accessible. Let the onsite staff know when you arrive if you require assistance. Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can also apply for 1 free companion pass — contact us with supporting documentation after purchasing your ticket.

Can I take photos or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos (without flash) are only allowed during the final piece, as indicated by the musicians. Phones must stay on silent throughout, and please don't leave your seat except in an emergency, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.

What ticket types are available?

Front Row (premium visibility), Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), and Zone C (okay visibility).

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts — out of respect for the musicians, latecomers cannot be admitted.

Can I bring animals?

Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.

What is “Candlelight Photo”?

An optional add-on photo experience: our photographer takes your picture before the show (until 10 minutes before it starts), and you get an instant polaroid-style print, collected at the exit. It can be purchased online with your tickets or at the venue (card only, subject to availability); refunds are only given if the experience is cancelled for internal reasons.
