What types of tickets are there?
Zone A offers premium visibility, Zones B and C offer great and good visibility, and Zone D offers good visibility. All zones have non-tiered pew seating.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets must be bought in advance through the Fever app or feverup.com.
Can I get a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance can apply for one free caretaker pass after buying their own valid ticket. Contact Fever support for details.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
Open the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play) and log in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start, subject to availability. Contact Fever with your ticket ID. Refunds are not offered, except with a Flexible Refund ticket. See the Terms and Conditions for more details.
What is a Flexible Refund ticket?
Available for selected events, it lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend.
Until when can I request a refund with a Flexible Refund ticket?
Contact Fever up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.

No food is served. An onsite bar sells alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Can I take photos or record videos?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash, when the musicians indicate it.

Phones must be on silent for the entire performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash.
Can I leave during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, leaving during the concert is not permitted except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes early so you can be seated in your zone. The concert starts on time and late arrivals will not be admitted.
What happens if the weather affects the event?
If the weather changes the location or postpones the event, Fever will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. Arriving early helps, and staff will do their best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes. You can transfer tickets to any Fever account at no extra cost with the “Transfer Tickets” option in the app. Contact Fever with your ticket ID if you need help.
Are the candles real?
For safety, all candles are flameless.
What is the Candlelight Photo?
It is a package that includes a photo taken in a designated area and printed as a Polaroid-style picture. Each purchase includes one instant picture and is available only to buyers.
Can I buy the Candlelight Photo at the venue?
Yes, as long as it has not sold out. Online buyers have priority. On-site purchases are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.
When are the photos taken?
Photos are taken before the concert. The photo area closes 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early.
How do I get my photo?
You choose your picture before it is printed. Staff print the photos during the concert and you collect them at the exit. Take your printed photos with you, as they cannot be stored.
What if I forget to collect my photo?
No refund or rescheduling is offered.
Where do I go for the photo?
Venue staff will explain the experience once you are inside, and announcements are made during the event. Ask the staff if you have any questions.
How do I prove my Candlelight Photo purchase?
You will receive a QR code in a separate email from your ticket confirmation. The photographer validates it at the venue.
Can I get a refund for the Candlelight Photo?
Only if the photo opportunity is canceled for internal reasons.
What is the Candle 3-Pack policy?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated area of the venue at the time of the event, and are tied to that date and location. Candle add-ons picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable, and all sales are final.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
