Candlelight concerts bring the magic of a live, multi-sensory musical experience to awe-inspiring locations. At Church of the Heavenly Rest in New York, a string quartet pays tribute to Adele, performing her music live in a space lit only by candles.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 60 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over
Enjoy 60 minutes of live music surrounded by candles.

What are the different ticket types?
Zone A: premium visibility. Zone B: great visibility. Zone C (Balcony): good visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer or caretaker?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their carer. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To do so, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancellation ticket has been purchased. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event, subject to availability. Please contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket?
A flexible cancellation ticket allows you to request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can cancel your flexible cancellation ticket by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I have to present to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take to process and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the total ticket price will be credited back to your account. Keep in mind that the money could take 10+ days to appear on your statement. If you bought your ticket(s) using a voucher, you'll find a new voucher in the "Vouchers" section of the app. This voucher is different from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You'll receive a refund for the entire ticket price, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use this voucher to go back to the experience and buy a new date and/or time.
Can I exchange my ticket for a different experience?
If you opt for an exchange voucher, you can only use it to purchase the same experience again.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us to get your ticket refunded.

What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
This package offers a unique photo experience, available exclusively to guests who purchase it. You'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and, as a souvenir, you'll receive a printed Polaroid-style picture. Each purchase includes 1 instant picture.
Can I buy "Snapshot by Candlelight" photos at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue as long as they have not sold out. Guests who buy the photo experience online with their concert tickets have priority over those who buy on-site. On-site purchases are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo will be taken before the concert, and the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins to allow enough time to take your photo.
When do I get my pictures?
You can choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, and you can collect them at the exit afterward. Please make sure you have your printed pictures with you before leaving, as we are unable to keep any pictures for you. If you leave without your pictures, we will not be able to provide a refund or reschedule the photo experience.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Venue staff will explain the photo experience once you are inside the venue, and announcements will remind attendees about it. Please don't hesitate to ask any of our staff members if you have questions.
How do I show proof that I have purchased the photo experience?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Please have the photographer at the venue validate your QR code so we can take your picture.
Are refunds allowed for the photo experience?
Refunds are not permitted unless the photo experience is canceled for internal reasons, in which case you will receive a refund for it.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, candle add-ons purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 60 minutes before the show. No entry is permitted once the concert has started.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
