What ticket types are available?
Three sections are available: Section A – best visibility, Section B – great visibility, and Section C – limited visibility.
Can I buy tickets on-site?
No. Tickets cannot be bought on-site. All tickets must be purchased before arrival, via the Fever app or at feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my carer or personal assistant?
If you need assistance during the event, you can request one free entry ticket for your personal assistant or carer. You must already have a ticket purchased: after buying it, send us a request by email and include your disability certificate.
Are there any age requirements for the audience?
The minimum age is 8. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" tab of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play), after logging in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the event starts at the latest. Contact us and provide your ticket ID.
Can tickets be refunded?
Tickets are non-refundable, except for flexible cancellable tickets (see below). Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the event at the latest: just get in touch with us.
What is a flexible cancellable ticket?
This is an option available for selected events that lets you get a refund or change your ticket if you decide not to attend the event.
When can I return my ticket?
You can cancel your flexible ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts at the latest, by contacting us. A ticket transferred to another user is non-refundable.
What documents do I need to provide to cancel a ticket?
You don't need any documents to request a refund or change.
If I decide to return my ticket, how long does the refund take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the full amount will be refunded to your account; it may take more than 10 days to appear on your statement. For tickets bought with a voucher, you'll receive a new voucher in the "Vouchers" section of the app. This voucher is not the same as the Fever Club wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You'll receive a refund of the full ticket price, except for the 10% fee for the flexible ticket option.
If I decide to change my ticket, when will I get my new ticket?
As soon as you request the change, you'll receive a voucher for the same value as the ticket you bought. Then go back to the event and use the voucher to buy a ticket for the new date and/or time.
Can I exchange my ticket for another event?
No. The replacement voucher can only be used for the same event.
How can I request a refund?
To request a refund for your ticket, please contact us.

Yes, the audience is seated during the event.

Do I need to arrive on time for the start of the event?
Yes. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the event starts. Once it has begun, entry is not possible.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
