- The tour takes place regardless of the weather. Please remember to wear comfortable shoes and clothing appropriate to the weather.
- Meet your guide at the vehicle entrance of the Park Inn by Radisson Berlin Alexanderplatz and look for a sign that says "Sachsenhausen Tour".
- Show your smartphone ticket to the guide at the start of the tour.
