Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. You can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For extra help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free pass for their carer. Once you've purchased your own ticket, please contact us for more information.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts around 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show starts, so we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone.

Where does the experience take place, and what is the venue like?

St John's Cathedral, 373 Ann St, Brisbane City QLD 4000. This is an indoor venue with assigned seating. Please note the Cathedral does not have air conditioning, so it can get warm inside, especially during summer. We recommend bringing a cushion for extra comfort on the wooden seats.

Is food or drink available?

No, food and drinks are not served at the venue.

Is parking available?

Kerbside metered parking on Ann Street is available only between 7 and 10pm on weekdays (it's a clearway at other times). Paid underground parking is available at Cathedral Square Car Park opposite the venue, and limited onsite parking is available in the Cathedral Precinct on weekends or for special events.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes. Disabled access to the Cathedral is via doors on the northern (car park) and southern (St Martin's courtyard) sides, and wheelchair seating is available in all zones. Please contact us ahead of time if you need wheelchair assistance, so we can notify onsite staff and be prepared for your arrival.

Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Please keep your phone on silent mode throughout the performance.

What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way, such as a change of location or a postponement, we'll notify you by email in advance.
