Tolle Musiker. Mitreißend und atmosphärisch. Es war ein fantastischer Abend. Die Location ist ebenfalls sehr einladend. Das Foto braucht man aber vielleicht nicht unbedingt.

Ein traumhaft schönes Erlebnis ❤️ insbesondere ein Platz im Bereich A ist empfehlenswert um ganz nah am Quartett zu sein.

Ein sehr schönes Konzert

Super gelungenes Event, klasse Ambiente und Lokation, hätte allerdings noch etwas länger als nur eine knappe Stunde gehen dürfen. 3-4 Titel mehr würden hier wirklich gut tun!!!

Tolle Atmosphäre in der Kirche... gerne wieder

Es war ein großartiges Erlebnis. Vom Anfang bis Ende war alles gut vom Veranstalter durchgeplant und wir hatten einen tollen Abend mit vielen Gänsehautmomenten. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder ein Konzert anschauen.

Es war eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre in der Kirche 🥰 Tolle Künstler und schön arrangiert alles. Die Plätze im Rang A haben sich wirklich gelohnt. Gerne ganz bald wieder!

Die Musik, die Location und das Ambiente haben mich begeistert! Ich werde das Candlelight-Konzert auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

The Heilig-Kreuz-Kirche Berlin was built in 1885-1888 in neo-Gothic style and named "Kirche Zum Heiligen Kreuz" after the biblical story. It houses modern works of art such as a stained glass window and a triptych. It was consecrated in the presence of Emperor Wilhelm II and his wife Auguste Viktoria, who had donated the altar.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

What ticket types are available?

There are tickets for Zones A, B and C.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. All tickets must be purchased before attending the event through the app or website (www.feverup.com).

Can I book a ticket for my companion?

Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free companion ticket. After purchasing your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket to apply), send us the relevant supporting documents. Once received, we'll provide a voucher so you can get the free companion ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Both tickets must be shown at entry.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID. No refund is possible in this case.

What is the flexible refundable ticket?

For selected events, the flexible refundable ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.

How and when can I get a refund on my flexible ticket?

You can return your flexible ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts and get a full refund. No documents are required; just contact us via the relevant link. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another person.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts around 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes beforehand.

How do I get to the venue?

By U-Bahn: Hallesches Tor or Mehringdamm.

There is a small bar on site. Bringing your own food or drink is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please fill in the relevant form in that case.
