Perfect Candlelight concert in de Athenazaal te Antwerpen. Ik en mijn vrouw hebben heel hard genoten van het prachtige duo-optreden van Ikigai Duo.

Ikigai-duo has given us a splendid tribute to Ludovico Einaudi. We were moved and laughed at the same time. Definitely a recommendation!

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure you log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your event starts. In that case, please contact us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds possible?

There are 4 zones: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D.

Can I buy tickets on-site?

No. All tickets must be purchased via the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request 1 free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Once you've purchased your ticket, contact us with supporting documentation (e.g. a DLA, PIP, CredAbility Access Card or a recognised guide dog card).

Is there an age requirement for this event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend the event. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How long does the experience last?

60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes beforehand and entry is not permitted once the show has started.

The venue is accessible via many public transport options at Roosevelt platform. Interparking De Keyser is also accessible, but for this event we recommend prioritising public transport or sustainable alternatives.
