Candlelight Christmas: Christmas Movie Soundtracks

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

With the Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. This ticket type only applies to selected events.

You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another person.

No documents are required for your refund request.

The experience takes place in the Himmelsaal at the Radisson Blu (Böttcherstraße 2, 28195 Bremen).

The easiest way to reach Böttcherstraße 2 is from Wachtstraße. If you're coming to Bremen via the A1 motorway, take the Bremen-Arsten exit towards the city centre. You'll be on Neuenlander Straße. Continue until Friedrich-Ebert-Straße, then turn right. Cross the Weser, turn left onto Martinistraße and after 50 m turn right onto Wachtstraße. The hotel is on the corner. Right in front of the station, you can take tram line 4 towards Arsten or line 6 towards the airport. Get off at the Domsheide stop, from where it's a 200 m walk to the Radisson Blu.

Before and after the event, you're welcome to book a table at The Lobby restaurant: www.thelobby-restaurant.de. Drinks are available before and after the event at The Lobby, but there's no drinks service during the event.

Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please fill out the Fever contact form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.

Unfortunately, the hall where the concert takes place is not wheelchair accessible.

The venue has its own car park (underground car park to the left of the hotel). This can be used for an extra charge.

Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Late entry after the concert has started is not possible.

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.

For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
