All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of your experience: contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed, except with a flexible cancellation ticket where one is available. For more information, see our T&Cs.

Available for selected events, a flexible cancellation ticket lets you ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience.

You can cancel it by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.

No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.

If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the full ticket price is credited back to your account; the money may take 10 days or more to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you'll find a new voucher in the “Vouchers” section of the app. This voucher is separate from your Fever Club Wallet.

You'll be refunded the entire ticket price, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.

You'll receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use it to buy a new date and/or time for the same experience.
