In this fun and friendly workshop, you will learn how easy it is, and fun to prepare gnocchi from scratch. You will knead, form, and cook the gnocchi. Learn to master the recipe for truffle gnocchi in the most authentic way all led by a Chef Instructor.  No experience is required and all the equipment and ingredients are provided. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
