Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. They close 5 minutes before it starts. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

A historic venue designed by John Burnet, Merchants' House opened in 1874, This is the fourth home of the Merchants House, a charitable organisation since 1605. The exquisite Merchants' Hall is adorned with beautiful stained-glass windows and portraits. Today, the House stands as a testament to Glasgow's commercial heritage, offering a glimpse into the city's past.

What are the different ticket types?
Premium (best visibility), Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (good visibility) and Zone C (fair visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us at https://fever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive it, we will send you a voucher code to purchase your free carer ticket. You will need to show this proof, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each carer ticket must be purchased with at least one other full-price ticket. Documents we accept include: Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility; receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP); evidence of being severely sight impaired; CredAbility Access Card + 1 category requirement.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To change, please contact us at https://fever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to Fever's terms and conditions.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed.
How long does a refund take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund can take 10 days or more to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you will receive a new voucher in the app.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher immediately for the same value, which you can use on the same experience.

The Merchants House is in the heart of Glasgow, easily accessible by public transport. It's a short walk from both Queen Street and Glasgow Central railway stations, with convenient access to local bus services and nearby parking options. It is also well connected to the M8 motorway.

Yes, there will be a bar on site.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts in order to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, to respect the musicians' performance and the experience of the audience, you will not be allowed to enter the show.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow for the event to take place?
If the weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you come together and you all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us at https://fever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new indicating your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Is there an interval?
Yes. The concert lasts 75 minutes, including a 15-minute interval.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
