This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over

This is 2nd time experiencing Candelight @ The Royal Pavillion. Incredible and magical experience musically but also with the surrounding, the original music room of the pavillon.

What are the different ticket types?
Premium - Front Row, Zone A - Premium Visibility, Zone B - Good visibility and Zone C - Limited visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant or support worker. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive it, we will send you a voucher code to buy your free carer ticket. You will need to show it, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each carer ticket must be bought with at least one other full-price ticket. Accepted documents include Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), evidence of being severely sight impaired, or the CredAbility Access Card plus one category requirement.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app. Log in with the same login method you used to buy. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Where is the experience taking place?
The Music Room at the Royal Pavilion.
How do I get to the venue?
The nearest train station is Brighton Railway Station.
Is food served?
No, there are no refreshments allowed in the Music Room.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes.
Is there parking available?
There are no onsite parking facilities. There are designated parking bays for Blue Badge holders in several streets around the Royal Pavilion. For live information about car parks within walking distance, check Parkopedia. There are numerous city centre and NCP car parks within a 10-minute walk. If you would prefer to park outside the city centre, there is a Park and Ride service.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time, and the audience must already be seated. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter the show.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you come together and you all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Click Transfer Tickets on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for the security of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
