Description
An exclusive tasting experience in the splendid halls of Palazzo Bovara with the tasting desk formula that will allow visitors to taste more than 200 labels from companies selected in the new edition of the Vinibuoni d'Italia guide.
Enoteca Italia, the tasting desk that presents a cross-section of the best of the production of wines from indigenous grape varieties and Metodo Classico sparkling wines from all over Italy, kicks off its new tour at Milan Wine Week.
The Vinibuoni d'Italia guide, published by the Italian Touring Club, is unique in the Italian and international scene because it is the only one dedicated to wines from indigenous grape varieties, that is, those wines produced 100 percent from grape varieties that have been present in the Peninsula for more than 300 years.
Vinibuoni d'Italia is based on a selection process that is exceptional in its commitment and transparency. In fact, more than 80 tasters work together in 21 working committees that operate in their region of expertise.
The final for the award of the top prize, the TOP 300 selection, is done publicly and is open - a unique case in Italy - to the participation of the media, industry professionals and winelovers, with the parallel commissions of the Oggi le Corone le decido le io project awarding a reported recognition in the guide.
