Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Contact us with your ticket ID to request a change. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. See our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food or drinks available?
No food is allowed inside the venue, but drinks can be purchased there.
Is there parking available?
The nearest car park is Peel Street Car Park, about a 2-minute walk from the venue.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does this venue have disability access?
This venue is wheelchair accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us ahead of your visit so we can help arrange it.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must stay on silent throughout the performance.
What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are tiered by zone, shown on the seating map. Individual seats aren't allocated, only zones, so arrive early to have the best choice of seats within your zone.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support Worker. You must already hold a valid ticket before applying. Once purchased, email us with proof of disability; accepted documents include a middle or higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) receipt, evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card meeting at least one category requirement.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
How do I get to the venue?
The National Centre for Early Music is about a 5-minute walk from the Piccadilly bus stop (route 26), and around 23 minutes on foot from York train station. By car, it is roughly 40 minutes from Harrogate, 45 minutes from Leeds city centre, 1 hour from Hull, and 30 minutes from junction 45 of the A1(M); there are several nearby car parks, so allow time to park and walk in.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The show begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand; if you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and audience, you will not be allowed to enter.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles used are flameless.
