It was a very nice evening, very well organised and stewarded, the quartet was very good, quite interactive , with a good sense of humour. The aquarium is amazing in its own right, fantastic, we had a whale of a time.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please feel free to contact us, indicating your ticket ID.
What are the different ticket types?
There are tiered tickets shown on the seating map: the seated categories are Premium (front row), Zone A, Zone B and Zone C, and the standing category is the Balcony (Zone D). Individual seats are not allocated, only zones, so arrive early to pick your spot within your zone.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. The guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket before applying. Once you have purchased your ticket, please email us with proof of disability, such as Middle or Higher rate DLA, receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement).
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts 60 minutes.
Where is the experience taking place?
Plymouth National Marine Aquarium, Rope Walk, Coxside, Plymouth, PL4 0LF, in the event room (this does not include access to the rest of the aquarium).
Does the event take place indoors or outdoors?
The event takes place indoors, with assigned seats.
Is there food served?
No food is allowed in the venue, but drinks can be purchased at the bar.
Is there parking available?
The nearest car park is Sutton Harbour Car Park (a 6-minute walk to the aquarium), which has a 2m height restriction and operates Pay and Display. Full details can be found on the Britannia Parking website.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
The National Marine Aquarium is committed to providing Access for All and is accessible by ramps and lifts throughout. There are disabled parking bays on-site, as well as drop-off points for minibuses and coaches, and a limited number of wheelchairs available on-site free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. The venue also provides full disabled toilet facilities.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the start of the experience. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
