Prepare the perfect sushi rice, select the right type of fish, and use fresh ingredients. You’ll be making three types of roll: a California roll, veggie Futomaki, and a delicious avocado and spicy mango roll. The instructor will also teach you how to make a fresh vegetable spring roll with vermicelli rice noodles and veggies.
