Description
Be transported to the streets of Paris as you learn the fine art of French Choux pastry. In this fun, hands-on class, you will learn all the skills you need directly from a professional pastry chef! Your instructor will first take you through a detailed demonstration before guiding you step by step in the creation of the perfect choux dough. Then, you will practice piping, baking, and filling as you attempt to make some delicious éclairs and cream puffs.
