The Bollywood night was amazing. Great songs, the group put their own twist on some of the songs which made it unique. Amazing vibes, cozy and intimate, absolutely beautiful. The group were all in harmony and synch, you could feel the warm energy from them.

The Guildhall Museum 1

The Great Hall was built in around 1390. Over the centuries, the building has served a number of purposes, from its first role as a meeting place for the Guild of Corpus Christi, to a public performance space where even Shakespeare may have acted. It has also been home to one of the oldest public libraries, the town hall and even a police station.

    There is no parking at the Guildhall. Nearby car parks include Highcross, St Nicholas Circle and Applegate, about a 5–10 minute walk away. Applegate is for Blue Badge holders only.

How are seats assigned?
Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone. Your ticket shows the zone for your session.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. Please buy them through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I request a ticket for a carer?
Guests who need assistance during the experience can request one free ticket for a personal assistant or support worker. Contact Fever with proof that you need a carer ticket. You will receive a voucher code; each carer ticket must be purchased with at least one full-price ticket, and both tickets must be shown at the entrance.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
Find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Date or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the experience starts, subject to availability. Contact Fever with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not available unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation Ticket, which is offered for selected events. Check your ticket’s terms for the conditions.

How do I get to the venue?
Walking, cycling and public transport are encouraged where possible. Consult the venue’s travel guidance for detailed information.
Is food or drink available?
Food is not included as part of the experience, but a fully stocked bar is available.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
