What is “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
This package offers a unique photo experience, available exclusively to guests who purchase it. You'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area, and as a souvenir you'll receive a polaroid-style printed picture. Each purchase includes 1 instant picture.
Can I buy “Snapshot by Candlelight” photos at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue, provided we haven't reached the sold-out threshold. Guests who purchase the photo opportunity on the website together with their concert tickets have priority over those who buy on site. On-site purchases are by credit card only; no cash is accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo will be taken before the event, and the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins so we have enough time to take your photo.
When do I get my results?
You will be able to choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, and you collect them at the exit afterwards. Before leaving, please make sure you have your printed pictures with you, as we are unable to keep any pictures for you. If you leave without your pictures, we regret that we cannot provide a refund or reschedule the photo opportunity.
Where do I have to go to have my picture taken?
The venue staff will explain the photo experience once you are inside the venue, and announcements will be made so that attendees don't forget about it. Please don't hesitate to ask any of our staff members if you have questions.
How do I show proof that I have purchased the photo opportunity?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Please have it validated by the photographer at the venue so we can take your picture.
Are refunds allowed for “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
Refunds are not permitted unless the photo opportunity is canceled for internal reasons, in which case you will receive a refund for the photo opportunity you purchased.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all candle add-on items purchased online and picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
