Description
Ombligo originated in the subway cars of Madrid, where Ángel and Anika met at the end of 2015. They made a pact and decided to merge their diverse musical imaginaries. Since then, they haven't stopped composing and performing concerts throughout Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Cape Verde, in iconic venues. They kick off 2023 with the release of their new album 'Intrépido viaje a velocidad cero', featuring 11 new songs that showcase the band's evolution, exploring new styles that initially seem distant from each other, such as film score, progressive, Balkan music, and classical, while also incorporating more minimalist passages.
