Journey through 11 fully interactive themed rooms, from a sea of balloons and a giant ball pit to an infinity room and a hypnotic kaleidoscope, then explore a magical planet of bubbles in the optional VR experience. What can I expect from Bubble Planet?
An immersive experience with 11 fully interactive themed rooms, each featuring a different bubble-themed activity, from a sea of balloons and a giant ball pit to an infinity room. You can also add an optional VR experience.
How long does the experience last?
The experience takes approximately 60–90 minutes, but you're welcome to stay as long as you like in each room. It's a one-way system, so make the most of each one!
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience will be held in an indoor venue.
Will the venue be heated or air-conditioned?
Yes.
Is there a Virtual Reality section?
Yes. The experience includes an optional VR journey through a magical planet full of bubbles. The VR experience is included in VIP tickets. Also, it can be purchased onsite
Are children allowed to do the VR on their own?
Children aged 6 and over can take part in the VR room on their own.
What is the difference between a VIP ticket and a regular ticket?
The regular ticket includes entry to the experience only. The VIP ticket includes entry, the VR experience, skip-the-line access, free cloakroom and a Bubble Planet poster.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome! Children aged 2 and under can visit free of charge, and minors under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
From what age can I attend without an adult?
From the age of 17 onwards.
Is it appropriate for young kids?
The experience is designed for all ages to enjoy! Younger kids may not be able to fully appreciate some details and installations of the Bubbleverse.
Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code, but socks are mandatory in the bubble bath (ball pit). Please also be mindful of the mirror floors in some rooms.
Will there be strobe lights?
The experience contains strobe lights. If strobe lights affect you, please let our staff know upon arrival.
I am allergic to latex. Can I still enjoy the experience?
A couple of rooms feature latex production elements, but you'll only come into direct contact with latex in one room. Please make our staff aware of your allergy upon arrival.
Is the experience suitable for pregnant people?
The experience requires you to be on your feet and moving around the venue for approximately 60 minutes, but it does not involve tension or highly physical movements. We suggest speaking to the manager on arrival about any specific requirements so they can assist you.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?
Yes.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. Please make sure not to disturb other visitors and be considerate of the mirror floors in some rooms. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
We recommend buying tickets in advance. Tickets on site depend on capacity and availability.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To make a change, contact us through support.feverup.com with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, printing is not needed. You'll find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (log in with the same method used to purchase); your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What now?
You can find it in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app, on the Fever website, or in the purchase confirmation email Fever sent you. If you still can't find it, please contact us through support.feverup.com.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, completing the entry waiver is mandatory for all visitors. Please fill it in before you arrive for faster entry. You will receive it via email or here https://exhibitionhub.jotform.com/242001940646045
Will I be able to pay cash?
Only card payments are accepted for online and on-site tickets, merchandise, and food and beverages.
Can I buy a gift card?

What is the Bubble Planet Fun Pass?
The Fun Pass gives you unlimited access to Bubble Planet London for 6 months. If fewer than 6 months remain before the experience closes, the pass is valid until closing. https://feverup.com/m/770285
Do you offer free tickets for carers?
Yes. People with disabilities pay the reduced price, and their accompanying carer is entitled to free admission.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Carers get free admission upon showing the appropriate documentation at the entrance. The guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket. Accepted documents include: Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility; receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP); evidence of being severely sight impaired; CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement); a recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.
Where is the experience located?
The experience takes place at Unit 20 Fulton Road, Wembley Park, London, close to Wembley Stadium. For the best access, head to Olympic Way and turn left on Engineers Way.
How do I get there by public transport?
The nearest Underground station is Wembley Park (Jubilee and Metropolitan lines), an 8-minute walk from the venue and 12 minutes from Baker Street. Wembley Stadium station is 9 minutes from Marylebone. Bus routes 92, 206 and 440 also stop nearby.
Is there parking available?
There isn't parking at the venue, but there are nearby car parks: Pink Parking (15 South Way, Wembley), Wembley Stadium Red Car Park (Lakeside Way) and Brent Civic Centre Underground Car Park (24 Engineers Way), all about 0.4 miles away.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
We recommend arriving at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the following 30 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your ticket will still be valid, but you may need to wait until there is space in the following time slots.
Can I leave and re-enter the experience?
No, re-entry is not permitted.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue is wheelchair accessible. Due to the nature of the experience, some areas may be less suited to visitors with physical access requirements: the bubble pit (stairs into the pool), the bubble ocean (stairs into the room) and some selfie spots (the swing and the duck bathtub).
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Yes, the experience is primarily visual, with informative signage throughout the venue.
Are prams allowed?
Strollers, suitcases and other bulky items are not allowed inside the exhibition. There is a designated area to store them: stroller storage costs £3, and lockers for bulky items are available at the entrance.
Is there a cloakroom available on site?
Yes, there is a cloakroom on site, but capacity is limited. It's free for VIP ticket holders.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Beverages can be purchased at the end of the exhibit. Please note that bubble tea cannot be sold to children under 6.
What items are prohibited?
Weapons, drugs, and outside food and beverages.
Can I bring animals?
No, this event is not pet-friendly. Service animals are allowed.
Can I smoke or vape?
No.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes.
Will there be merchandise for sale?

Do you offer group discounts?
Yes. Groups of 8 or more can buy the 'Group Bundle' at a reduced price directly on the main ticketing page. For groups of 25 or more, book through our large groups form to get a discounted price.
Do you offer school discounts?
Yes, we offer school discounts, and one teacher can attend for free for every 10 students. School bookings require a minimum of 10 attendees.
Can I celebrate a birthday at Bubble Planet?
Yes! Birthday celebrations are available for groups of 7 to 20 people and include access to a party room. You can book through the Birthdays page here https://feverup.com/m/263817.
What is included in the party room? Does it include decorations?
The party room includes tables and chairs you can use freely. Decorations are not included, but you're welcome to bring your own.
Can I bring food and drinks to the party room?
Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks. You can also contact us at Bubblesldn@exhibitionhub.com and we'll help you arrange food and beverages for your celebration.
Do the birthday child and accompanying parents need tickets?
Yes, everyone entering the experience, including the birthday child and accompanying parents, needs a valid ticket.
When can I access the party room?
Access to the party room starts 30 minutes after your entry into the experience.
