Sehr stimmungsvoll, tolle Musiker. Erstaunlich, dass es 4 Streichmusiker/innen schaffen, die monumentale Musik von Hans Zimmer so gut umzusetzen. Schöner Spiegelsaal im CongressForum Frankenthal - wunderbare Atmosphäre, ein gelungener Abend.

Es war eine wirklich einzigartige, beruhigende und tolle Erfahrung. Das Streichquartett war super, die Atmosphäre einfach atemberaubend. Habe direkt das nächste Event mit Vivaldi gebucht. Weiter so.

What are the different ticket types?

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received them, we'll provide you with a voucher you can use to get the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 24 hours before your experience starts. If so, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. See our T&Cs for more information.

What is the Flexible Refund ticket?

With the Flexible Refund ticket (available for select events), you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend, up to 48 hours before your experience starts — just contact us, no documentation required. Please note the ticket is not refundable if it's been transferred to another user.

Where does the experience take place and how do I get there?

The experience takes place in the Spiegelsaal (mirror hall) of the Congressforum Frankenthal (Stephan-Cosacchi-Platz 5, 67227 Frankenthal). By public transport: take the RE/RB from Mannheim main station to Frankenthal station, just 650 m away (a few minutes' walk). By car: coming from Mannheim/Landau, take the Oggersheim motorway junction, exit 7 onto the B9 towards Frankenthal, then the Frankenthal-Studernheim/Süd exit; coming from Kaiserslautern/Mainz, take the Frankenthal exit (motorway exit 22) and follow signs towards the town centre/Congressforum.

Is food or drink available?

No, there is no drink sales at the venue.

Can I bring animals?

Only service animals are allowed at the venue. Pets are not permitted.

Yes, the venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Is there parking available?

Yes, the venue has its own parking. At the Congressforum Frankenthal you'll find the P7 Congressforum car park.

The concert lasts 65 minutes, with no intermission. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; late entry once it has begun is not possible.
