• Opening Ceremony, introduction and intention setting. Kundalini Yoga & Breathwork- shift stagnant energy through the chakras and enliven your soul and spirit.
• Shakti Ecstatic Dance,energising yoga, dance & meditation - To improve posture, balance and coordination. Enhances physical flexibility and improves circulation. Develops inner peace and joy
• Yin Yoga-slow soothing stretch - Calming and balancing. Reduces anxiety and stress Increases mobility in the body, especially the joints and hips.
• Gong Bath - Feel good sound therapy. Sound healing with mantra is incredibly powerful, it enables you to fully switch off and let go of the ‘monkey mind’. It is known to help with anxiety, stress and can rebalance the nervous system and heal on a deep cellular level.
