Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, refer to our T&Cs.

What are the different ticket types?

Premium (Best Visibility), Zone A (Excellent Visibility), Zone B (Good Visibility), Zone C (Fair Visibility) and Zone D (Limited Visibility).

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and there is no entry once it starts.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

This is an indoor event, with assigned seating.

Is there food served?

There's a bar, the Dairy, on campus near the Great Hall, though not inside the Hall itself.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there are approximately 200 spaces at the White Gates Car Park, accessible from London Road, including accessible parking. It's first come, first served and cannot be reserved.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Does this venue have disability access?

Yes, the Great Hall has disabled access.

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket; once received, we'll provide a voucher code to purchase your free Carer ticket. You'll need to show this along with your own ticket to enter, and each Carer's ticket must be purchased with at least one full-price ticket. Accepted documents include: Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, a receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement).

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
