The event was fantastic! The chef did an excellent job explaining the ingredients and walking us through the process of making the perfect sushi roll. One suggestion for future classes would be to consider using a portable voice amplifier, as it was a bit difficult for those seated in the back to hear clearly. Additionally, it might be helpful to let attendees know in advance that the session will begin with an overview of the ingredients and preparation process, as some may expect to start rolling sushi right away. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and I’m definitely planning to return with a group of friends!
