In the Großer Saal of Wittelsbacher Schloss Friedberg, the music of Coldplay and Imagine Dragons comes alive by the glow of thousands of candles. A string quartet brings the greatest hits of both bands to the stage, 65 minutes of live music without a break, in an atmosphere you won't forget any time soon.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket in order to use this), please send us the relevant proof via Fever's contact form. Once we've received it, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket on entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. If this applies to you, please contact us via Fever's contact form, stating your ticket ID. Under no circumstances is a refund possible. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place in the Großer Saal of Wittelsbacher Schloss Friedberg (Schlossstraße 21, 86316 Friedberg).
How do I get to the venue?
Friedberg has excellent transport links via the A8 motorway and the B 300. The Wittelsbacher Schloss is signposted throughout the town. The Bayerische Regiobahn takes you to Friedberg in Bayern station on the Augsburg-Ingolstadt line. The AVV Augsburg regional bus line 200 stops at the Stadthalle stop. From there it's about a five minute walk to the Wittelsbacher Schloss.
Are food and drinks available?
At the on-site bar you can buy drinks (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic, such as cocktails, wine, etc.).
Can I bring pets?
Unfortunately, pets aren't allowed at this venue, although service animals are welcome.
Does the venue have disabled access?
Yes, the venue is accessible.
Is there parking available?
You'll find free parking on the B300 (heading towards Aichach) and at the Volksfestplatz on Aichacher Straße.
What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You'll have the chance to get your photo taken in an area we've specially set up for this purpose. As a keepsake, you'll receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy "Snapshot by Candlelight" at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue until they sell out. Guests who book the photo experience through the website together with their concert tickets will be given priority over those who make their purchase on site. Please note that on site we only accept credit card payments; cash payment is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
We'll carry out your photo session either before or after the concert. However, we prefer to hold the photo session after the concert, so there's enough time to take your photos.
When will I receive my photo?
You can choose your photos on-site to be printed. Our team will then print the photos you've chosen and you can take them with you. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we're unable to keep them for you. If you leave the venue without your photos, please note that we can't offer you a refund or a new slot for a photo experience.
Where exactly does the photo session take place at the venue?
As soon as you enter the venue, our on-site staff will give you further details about the location of the photo experience. You'll also hear announcements reminding guests of this unique opportunity. If you have any further questions, just get in touch with our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separately from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer at the venue so they can validate it and start your photo session.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds are only available if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our control. In that case, your photo experience booking will be refunded.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
