Is there an interval?
No. The show runs for approximately 90 minutes with no interval.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
No. Photography, filming, and audio recording are strictly prohibited once the concert begins, to protect the show's content and limit distraction for other guests. You're welcome to take photos in the concourse and outside the arena before and after the show.
Is there a dress code?
There's no formal dress code. Many guests dress up in 70s-inspired and sparkly outfits, while others come in casual clothing ā all styles are welcome. If you have Dance Floor tickets, comfortable footwear is recommended.
Is food and drink available at the venue?
Yes. The ABBA Arena has bars and a food area on site. Only food and drink purchased at the arena may be consumed inside the venue.

How will I receive my tickets?
You'll receive an email confirmation instantly after booking, with your ABBA Voyage ticket attached. Simply display the e-ticket on your mobile phone when arriving at the venue ā no printing required.
Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?

Where is the ABBA Arena?
The ABBA Arena is located at Pudding Mill Lane, London E15 2RU, in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The nearest station is Pudding Mill Lane DLR, right across from the venue. Stratford station (Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth line, Overground and National Rail) is one DLR stop away or about a 15ā20 minute walk.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30ā45 minutes before the show starts, as all bags are subject to search on entry and any larger bags may need to be left in the cloakroom.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The ABBA Arena has level access throughout and dedicated wheelchair spaces. Please contact the venue directly when booking to arrange any specific accessibility requirements.
Is there parking nearby?
There's no public parking at the ABBA Arena itself. The nearest option is Westfield Stratford City car parks, around a 25-minute walk away. We recommend travelling by public transport, as the venue is right by Pudding Mill Lane DLR station.
