Following the success of the Full Moon Yoga events held in the summer of 2023, the Sheraton Cascais Resort is once again hosting yoga and meditation classes on full moon nights in its gardens during the summer months. The event starts at 7.30pm, with a get together and some healthy snacks on offer, followed by a yoga and meditation class at 8pm.
