What are the different ticket types?

The ticket page shows the different zones available for purchase. Zone A has the best view, while Zone D may only offer a partial view.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can request one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. You must already hold a valid ticket before applying; once you do, contact us with supporting documentation (for example, an Access 2 Card or another relevant document) at hello@feverup.com.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

The experience is recommended for guests aged 8 and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside.

Where can I find my ticket?

Your ticket is in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play); log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts by contacting us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more information.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts; late arrivals are not permitted.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.

Is there food or drink at the venue?

No food or drinks are sold at the venue. Only bottled water may be brought into the performance space.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Does this venue have disability access?

Yes. For guests with difficulty using stairs, Knox Presbyterian Church offers wheelchair access to both the Sanctuary and Geneva Hall through the Garden entrance on Elgin Street (the one with glass doors). A barrier-free restroom is available in Geneva Hall; ask any usher for directions.

Is there parking available?

Knox Presbyterian Church has no parking lot of its own, but there is plenty of nearby parking, some of it free. Parking on both sides of Lisgar Street is free on weekends and evenings (please leave spots closest to the church for those with mobility needs). The City Hall parkade next door is available on weekends for $2.
