A Flexible Cancellation ticket lets you ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts, and no documentation is needed; it becomes non-refundable if transferred. You get a full refund except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee: card or PayPal refunds can take 10 or more days to show on your statement, and purchases made with a voucher are refunded as a new voucher in the app. If you opt for an exchange, you receive a voucher straight away for the same value, to use on the same experience. To request your refund, go to https://fever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001032452
