JC, was an amazing cook and host. Every step he explained perfectly. He was so patient. It was a great evening.

We had a great time! Chef JC is a wonderful teacher. I learned not only how to make empanadas but a few good prep tricks that will be useful in everyday cooking. I would not only recommend others to take a class from him, but I hope to take other classes as well.
