Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same email you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your originally booked experience. Contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refund will be given unless you purchased a flexible cancellable ticket. With this ticket, you can request a refund or exchange up to 48 hours before the experience starts, no documents required; please note it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user. The refund is for the full ticket price minus a 10% fee for the flexible option, and it can take up to 10 days to appear on your account (or a new coupon if you originally paid with one). If you choose to exchange instead, you'll receive a coupon of the same value, usable only for the experience you originally booked.

Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The concert lasts around 60 minutes.

This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer by filling in this form and sending us the supporting documents.

The Carlton The View bar will be open throughout the event, but drinks are not allowed inside the concert hall itself.
