Your instructor will teach you how to make your own dumpling wrappers, but you will also use store-bought wrappers to experience the two types of textures. Using fresh ingredients, you will make a chefβs version of dumplings that includes pork, chives, and shrimp. Then, you will prepare a vegetarian version with tofu.
