The cheeses would be:

• Scamorza Affumicata
• Murciano with red wine DOP
• Sardinian pecorino Moliterno
• Pata Mulo pays the peripatetics
• Smoked Idiazabal
• Grana padano 12 months

With the possibility that some of the cheeses may be modified by the chef's selection.

Our wines:

• For the softest cheeses, you will enjoy Via Arxéntea, white wine, Godello and Treixadura grapes.
• For semi-hard cheeses you will enjoy a classic rioja, Azpilicueta, tempranillo, graciano and mazuelo grapes, as it is a light red wine.
• For the hardest and most aged cheeses you can taste a Bardos Viñedos de altura, Ribera del Duero, fine red grapes, a full-bodied, lively and complex wine.
