The California State Railroad Museum complex opened in 1976 and is a popular destination in Sacramento. It has over 225,000 sq ft of exhibit space and uses exhibits, docents, and restored railcars and locomotives to illustrate railroad history in California and the West. Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change your date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID to request the change. Refunds are not allowed under these standard terms.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
For select events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can do so up to 48 hours before the experience starts, no documents required. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another user.
What ticket types are available?
Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within the zone you purchased.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it has started.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your ticket, contact us for more information.

How do I get to the venue?
Take Interstate 80 East into West Sacramento, then follow Business 80 toward Downtown Sacramento. As the freeway climbs over the Sacramento River, take the Interstate 5 North exit, exit at J Street, go two blocks to Fifth Street, turn left, then left again onto I Street, and follow the signs to Old Sacramento/Railroad Museum.
Is there parking available?
Ridesharing is encouraged. A limited number of metered street parking spaces are available in the Old Sacramento Waterfront area (metered 10am to 10pm), but they aren't suitable for stays longer than 90 minutes.
Is food or drink available?
No food or beverages will be served at this event.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the California State Railroad Museum is ADA accessible.
Can I bring animals?
Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets aren't sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving.
Do I need to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, although it isn't required. This policy is subject to change.
