The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.

Premium (front row), Zone A, Zone B and Zone C are seated categories, while the Balcony (Zone D) is standing. Individual seats aren't allocated, only zones, so arrive early to pick from whichever seats are still available within your zone.

By car, follow the brown and white fish signs into the city; the recommended route is via the A38 to Marsh Mills, then the A374 Embankment Road (SatNav postcode PL4 0DX), signposted to Sutton Harbour Car Park. By public transport, the nearest train station is Plymouth (about a 30-minute walk), with several CityBus stops 5 to 10 minutes away (Royal Parade, St Johns Church on Exeter Street, Barbican and Sutton Road).

No food is allowed inside the venue, but drinks can be purchased at the bar.

There's no dedicated on-site parking. The nearest option is Sutton Harbour Car Park (2m height restriction, a 6-minute walk to the aquarium, pay and display).

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free Personal Assistant/Support Worker ticket. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket (for example, Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, proof of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card with at least one category requirement). You must have your own valid ticket before applying.

The National Marine Aquarium is committed to providing Access for All and is accessible by ramps and lifts throughout. There are disabled parking bays on-site, drop-off points for minibuses and coaches, and a limited number of free wheelchairs available on a first-come, first-served basis. The venue also provides full disabled toilet facilities.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must otherwise stay on silent mode throughout the performance.

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.

Yes, as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated; latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.
