Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types?
Front Row Central, Zone A (Premium Visibility), Zone B (Good Visibility) and Zone C (Restricted Visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I change my ticket?
Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, see our T&Cs.
Can I book a ticket for my carer or caretaker?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket first; contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where is the experience taking place?
Flaxton Gardens, 313-327 Flaxton Drive, Flaxton, Queensland 4560, Australia. The Candlelight concert is held in the Winery Room, the venue's indoor function space.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is best accessed by car, on the corner of Flaxton Drive and Philipps Road, about a 30 minute drive west from the Sunshine Coast. We recommend using Google Maps to plan your route.
Will the show still go ahead if it rains?
Yes, the event space is indoors, so the concert goes ahead regardless of weather.
Are there drinks available for purchase?
Yes, there is a bar onsite that will be open throughout the night.
Is there food served?
No, the restaurant will not be open.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is onsite parking as well as roadside parking on the grassy median.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. For wheelchair assistance, please contact us ahead of time so we can notify onsite staff and be prepared for your arrival. Wheelchair seating is available in all zones.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For extra help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Can I take pictures or use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time, and if you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience you won't be able to enter.
