There is a free private parking lot to the side of the Bolling Haxall House (The Woman's Club), available on a first come, first served basis. There is also limited street parking around the venue that becomes free after 6pm, and a paid parking lot nearby on E Franklin St.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes. The first floor is ADA accessible. The main entrance for the concert is on the left-hand side of the building, near the adjacent parking lot; a staff member will guide guests who need ADA access to the right-hand side of the building, where elevators are located and will take you to the main level. Zone A, Zone B and Zone C are ADA accessible, but Balcony seats do require the use of stairs.

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

The concert takes place at Bolling Haxall House, 211 E Franklin St, Richmond, VA 23219. The venue is accessible by car, ride-share, and public transport; we recommend using ride-share services or public transportation.

"Photo by Candlelight" is a paid add-on that offers a unique photo experience, available only to guests who purchase it: you get your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive a printed, polaroid-style picture (1 instant picture per purchase). Photos can also be bought at the venue if the experience is not sold out, though guests who purchase online with their concert tickets get priority over on-site buyers; on-site purchases only accept card payment, no cash. Photos are taken before the event, and the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so please arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow enough time. You will receive a QR code by separate email as proof of purchase, which the photographer will validate at the venue. You can choose your picture before it is printed; our staff print them during the concert, and you collect your physical picture at the exit, since we cannot keep or resend it afterward.

Refunds are not permitted for the "Photo by Candlelight" add-on unless the experience is canceled for internal reasons, in which case you will be refunded for the purchased photo opportunity. If you forget to have your picture taken and leave without it, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or reschedule the opportunity.
