Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our terms and conditions.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us indicating your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show. No entry once it starts.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food served?
No, no refreshments are allowed in the Music Room.
Is there parking available?
There are no onsite parking facilities. There are designated parking bays for Blue Badge holders on several streets around the Royal Pavilion. For live information about car parks within walking distance, check Parkopedia; there are numerous city centre and NCP car parks within a 10 minute walk. If you would prefer to park outside the city centre, there is a Park and Ride service.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket; we accept documents such as middle or higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) receipt, evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement). Once we receive this, we will give you a voucher code to purchase your free carer ticket. You will need to show this along with your tickets to enter the venue, and each carer ticket must be purchased alongside at least one other full price ticket.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes.
Can I take photos or videos, and use my phone, during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode for the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.
What are the different ticket types?
Premium (Front Row), Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (good visibility), and Zone C (limited visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Where is the experience taking place and how do I get there?
The concert takes place in the Music Room at the Royal Pavilion. The nearest train station is Brighton Railway Station.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand; if you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you will not be allowed to enter the show.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for the safety of attendees, all candles used are flameless.
