Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. Please contact us directly with your ticket ID to make the change.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket (see below). Exchanges to a different date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your originally purchased experience, subject to availability. Please contact us directly to change your ticket.
What does the Flexible Cancellation Ticket option include?
Available on selected events, this option lets you request a refund or exchange if you decide not to attend, as long as you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (no documents needed). If you choose a refund, you will get the full ticket price back minus the 10% fee paid for the option; card or PayPal refunds can take 10+ days to appear, and voucher purchases are refunded as a new voucher. If you choose an exchange instead, you will receive a voucher for the same value, valid only for the same experience. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another person.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts approximately 65 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts; late arrivals will not be permitted.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food served at the venue?
Yes, snacks and beverages will be available for purchase.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is a free parking lot on-site. Ride-share services are also encouraged for drop-off and pick-up. Please make sure to remove your car from the lot after the performance has finished.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free companion ticket. You must hold a valid ticket for yourself first; then please contact us for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, there is a ramp available. When purchasing tickets, please choose Zone D, Left Wing, Right Wing, or Center.
What are the different ticket types?
There are three ticket types: Center, Left Wing, and Right Wing.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. Since the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable; all sales are final.
